Service Description

Assessment of the home environment to identify potential hazards and recommend modifications to prevent accidental falls, improve accessibility and functional mobility throughout the home, and support independent living. Also addresses emergency and fire safety, as well as other areas of client concern. Offers suggestions for potential modifications and product solutions specific to each client. Fee includes both the on-site assessment and a subsequent follow-up visit with written summary and additional resources provided. Clients and their family/caregivers are highly encouraged to be an active part of the assessment process.
